The UPWalker® CardioAccelerator is a truly one-of-a-kind mobility aid. The CardioAccelerator is not just a rollator, its an exercise machine as well. It takes the amazing design of the Original UPWalker® and adds in active cardio and upper body exercise through the use of the reciprocating armrests. These specially designed armrests offer variable resistance while walking or while stationary. Just like the Original UPWalker®, the CardioAccelerator enables you to stand upright and look ahead as you walk with better support, greater dignity, and the confidence to walk farther and remain more active.  

The UPWalker CardioAccelerator is designed for users who have mobility limitations, but aren’t willing to let that slow them down. Stay physically fit with a unique combination of cardiovascular and variable resistance exercise. The CardioAccelerator couldn’t be easier to use and comes with an easy-to-follow User Guide. It arrives fully-assembled, save for the resistance dampers which are easily attached with the provided tool. Simply remove your UPWalker CardioAccelerator from the box, make a few initial adjustments to personalize it to your user preferences and you are ready to go. 

The CardioAccelerator is adjustable and can accommodate users from 4’9” all to way to 6’5”. The independently adjustable armrests also come with a “height memory stop” clamp to make it easy to adjust the armrest to the same height every time. The fabric seat slides front to back for sitting or walking and comes with a comfortable backrest support when seated. A personal item bag that attaches to the front of the rollator frame is included with your CardioAccelerator.
